At The Knowledge Vault by Nelson, we stand behind every product we publish. We want you to feel confident when you purchase from us — knowing that if things do not work out as expected, we will handle it fairly and without drama.
This refund policy applies to all digital products sold through The Knowledge Vault by Nelson, including current and future titles.
Our Refund Promise
Because all our products are digital downloads, we are unable to offer full refunds simply due to a change of mind after purchase. However, we do offer a partial refund where eligible, as described below.
If you genuinely followed the instructions or plan outlined in any of our products consistently for the stated trial period, and experienced absolutely no results or benefit whatsoever, you may be eligible for a 60% partial refund.
We ask only that you give our products a real, honest chance before requesting a refund. We put our best work into everything we publish, and we believe you will see value when you follow through.
How To Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send us an email at the address below. Include the following in your message:
✅ Your full name
✅ The name of the product you purchased
✅ Your date of purchase or order number (check your email receipt)
✅ A brief description of your experience and why you are requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond to you within 3–5 business days.

Refund requests must be submitted within the refund window stated for each product. For example, our 90 Day Fertility Reset carries a 60-day refund window from the date of purchase.
Refunds are processed back through the original payment platform (Selar). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions above, or where there is evidence that the product was not genuinely used.
